About the role
We’re looking for a CMO with Web3 experience to lead our go-to-market strategy and grow our community in Latin America. You’ll own brand positioning, user acquisition and every marketing initiative.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the full marketing strategy
- Lead the marketing and social media team
- Build user acquisition campaigns
- Manage the marketing budget and measure ROI
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances
- Position Predik as the leading prediction market in Latin America
Requirements
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience
- Proven Web3/crypto marketing experience
- A record of growing communities
- Deep knowledge of the Latin American crypto ecosystem
- Experience leading marketing teams
- Excellent communication in Spanish and English
Nice to have
- A network in the Latin American crypto ecosystem
- Experience with growth hacking and virality
- Knowledge of prediction markets
- Experience with influencer marketing
