Welcome to Predik ("the Platform"), a prediction market platform operating on Base using Yellow Network for gasless trading.

By accessing or using this website you accept these Terms of Use, which are a summary of the service. The binding, complete Terms governing use of the Predik app and the funds in your Predik Wallet are the ones published at https://app.predik.io/es/terminos (in Spanish) — the version you accept when you connect your wallet. Where this summary and that version disagree, that version prevails.

1. Nature of Service

Predik is a prediction market platform that uses open-source smart contracts deployed on Base and Yellow Network state channels for gasless operation. Your Base wallet is your own, and Predik cannot reach the funds you hold on-chain in it. The funds you deposit into your Predik Wallet, by contrast, are held in state channels that Predik operates through the lifecycle of each market, and during that period Predik takes part in the custody and settlement of those balances: while your funds are committed to a market, that balance is not under your sole control, and its settlement and withdrawal depend on infrastructure operated by Predik and Yellow Network. Settlement between users executes on-chain on Base. No independent third party has reviewed or certified Predik's smart contracts, and Predik operates in invitation-only restricted access, and may limit, suspend or revoke any wallet's access. 2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To use Predik, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You are not located in a restricted jurisdiction. The jurisdictions Predik does not serve are listed in section 3 of the app Terms, at https://app.predik.io/es/terminos; that is the only applicable list.
• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You do not use VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

4. Associated Risks

The use of prediction markets carries significant risks, including but not limited to: total loss of funds, price volatility, smart contract failures, and regulatory changes. You assume all risks associated with using the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Predik and its developers:

• Are not responsible for losses arising from transactions on Base or interactions with smart contracts.
• Do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continuous operation of the Platform.
• Provide the service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of Predik, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Predik or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Underlying Technology

Predik uses Yellow Network for gasless operation via state channels, and smart contracts on Base for settlement between users. While your funds are committed on the Platform they are held in state channels that Predik operates, and Predik takes part in their custody and settlement: that balance is not under your sole control and its withdrawal depends on infrastructure operated by Predik and Yellow Network. Each market is resolved manually by the Predik operator, not by an automated oracle. 8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
