About the role
We’re looking for a Community Manager to build, moderate and grow our community on Telegram and other platforms. You’ll be Predik’s voice and the bridge between the team and its users.
Responsibilities
- Moderate and run communities on Telegram
- Create engagement and retention programs
- Organize events, AMAs and community activities
- Gather user feedback and report it to the team
- Develop community ambassadors and contributors
- Create educational content for the community
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a community manager
- Experience in crypto/Web3 communities
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to answer across time zones
- The ability to handle a crisis
- Knowledge of Telegram bots and moderation tools
Nice to have
- Experience building communities from scratch
- A network in Latin American crypto communities
- Knowledge of gamification and engagement
- Experience with DAOs or decentralized projects
