About the role
We’re looking for an experienced CTO to lead our technical vision and build the engineering team. You’ll own the architecture, the key technology decisions and scaling our prediction market platform.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s technology strategy
- Lead and grow the engineering team
- Make the architecture decisions that scale the platform
- Work with the CEO on the product vision
- Run the platform’s infrastructure and security
- Evaluate and adopt new Web3 technologies
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years leading engineering teams
- Experience with Web3/blockchain projects
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems architecture
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js and modern frameworks
- A proven record of taking products to production
Nice to have
- Experience with Solidity and EVM smart contracts
- Knowledge of DeFi and decentralized protocols
- Experience at startups or high-growth companies
- Contributions to open source projects
